"I want what I want and I want it now" is a common demand of today's mobile services consumers. Yet far too many users find the current process for subscribing to new services cumbersome. In-session self-service capabilities are often limited or nonexistent. Common processes typically utilize the customer service department, forcing them to leave their current session.

It's a serious problem. When subscribers leave their current session or can't access new mobile services, up to 50 percent will not try again. This represents a loss of potential revenue since the service is not adopted and the customer has a poor experience.
