	HP Unified Policy Manager interfaces with network control enforcement points to enable dynamic bandwidth allocation and QoS management. This standards-based product, which works across voice, data and video networks, improves service reliability and helps organizations manage network constraints. The product provides adaptable business logic with robust features, including code-free policy design, preconfigured templates and configuration linking. This helps reduce development costs and shorten time-to-market for innovative new services.
