The HP OpenCall automated device detection solution enables you to track and assess the capabilities of your subscribers' devices every time they access your network. This scalable turnkey solution automatically detects devices when users log on for a new service or access an existing service using a new device. Then—in real time—it integrates device profiles with other subscriber data in a single central database.
