Video blog

With the HP OpenCall mobile video blog solution, you can now enable your subscribers with the use of their DTMF keypad to instantly watch, rate, create, review and share video content with friends and social networks, and link to commercial video portals using their 3G mobile phones. Friends are immediately notified of new blogs by SMS. With this new service, subscribers can stay in touch with friends and family while on the move.

Video karaoke

HP OpenCall video karaoke, developed with social networking trends in mind, is a popular solution for young mobile users and advanced premium users, attracting them to try mobile video services. It enables subscribers to take advantage of karaoke services controlled with the use of their DTMF keypad. They can keep their performances private or share them with friends or public audiences using video blog sites. Including audio and video mixing, a customizable console and Web portal, video karaoke is a solution for leading edge service providers looking to differentiate their video services from the norm.

Video portal

With the arrival of next-generation networks, a vast array of new communication services enable service providers to drive rapid returns on network investments. The HP OpenCall video portal solution brings a world of video content directly to your subscribers' 3G video handsets with the use of their DTMF keypad. It gives on-the-move users access to multimedia video content to review or purchase at their convenience wherever they are—at home, office or on vacation.

Video monitoring

With HP OpenCall video monitoring, you can enable customers access to enhanced streaming video from any 3G phone or IP camera—at home, in the office or anywhere—around the clock. Users can also stream video from their favorite television channels or online sites. They can check on the kids at home, get a visual of traffic conditions on the expressway, replay the winning scores of their favorite teams, keep an eye on the weather at a weekend destination, or monitor security points—viewing virtually any streaming content—all with the press of a key.

Instant communication

The HP OpenCall instant communication solution gives service providers an opportunity to enhance the subscriber experience with a service that can become an essential part of their day-to-day lives. Through a rich and friendly user experience, mobile phone users can enjoy instant voice, text and multimedia communication along with content sharing within members of groups.

Relying on the best 3G, IMS* and IP architectures have to offer, the HP OpenCall instant communication solution fits the increasingly connected lifestyle organized around groups, personal communities and social networking. HP OpenCall instant communication offers convergent 3G and broadband services, as well as advanced group management capabilities, presence and instant notifications bringing to end-users a "life-long" communication experience.

Video conferencing and sharing

The HP OpenCall video conferencing solution empowers service providers to immediately launch conferencing services with a compelling end-user experience and avoid the significant challenges usually found in infrastructure deployment. The solution enables consumer and business subscribers to carry out high-quality video communications in groups and share contents using standard 3G mobile handsets and/or PC-like devices.

The HP OpenCall video conferencing solution makes conferencing simple to use. Users can either dial a given number, or they can opt to be called automatically, much like standard voice conferencing. By heightening users' experiences of instant video communication via sharing capabilities within groups, HP OpenCall video conferencing and sharing can increase overall acceptance and usage of additional video services.

Transform your subscribers' experiences to build brand appeal

Part of the HP OpenCall rich communication suite, mobile video solutions help you transform the subscriber experience to strengthen your brand appeal with premium, advanced users. Based on 3G and IP standards, these solutions are based upon a common architecture, yet are deployable in standalone mode as well as in IMS environments.
