THOR Fixed Line Multimedia Messaging Service enables both residential and business users to send and receive multimedia messages to fixed-line and mobile numbers. It offers operators the opportunity to increase MMS traffic by opening their fixed-line networks to a very large number of possible receivers. Fixed Line Multimedia Messaging Service supports full interoperability between all fixed and mobile networks. With this approach, every telephone can immediately receive multimedia messages without any registration or provisioning.

Key features

  • Open architecture and standard interfaces – increase usage of existing fixed infrastructure.
  • Most proven F-MMS architecture – coupled with HP high-availability platforms.
  • Modular and flexible service design – deploy new services, media transitions and other advanced services on the same platform.
  • Scalable – offer one single service or a large portfolio of services.

Business benefits

  • Increase revenue – generate additional ARPU with your existing infrastructure.
  • Achieve faster time-to-market for new services.
