The Herit Parlay offering enables third-party service providers and ASPs to securely access telco network resources, regardless of network types, to create and provide various value-added services.

Based on the standard open API called the Parlay/OSA, the Herit Parlay Solution joins carrier needs with service developers and service providers to achieve faster and easier deployment of new services that integrate Internet and telco networks.
