The HP OpenCall profile manager solution offers the flexibility to choose between consolidating and federating data so that you can create a central view of subscriber data with a customized data model that improves operational efficiency and increases your ability to personalize services. With a single customer view, any update to a subscriber's profile is instantly flagged allowing you to offer relevant services based on up-to-the-minute information. For example, changing a subscriber's home address would redirect location-based services to the user's new location, enabling you to keep your customers satisfied by managing the total customer experience.

Federating user data and centralizing access to personalize subscriber experiences

HP OpenCall user profile solutions give you a clear, strategic and evolutionary path to next-generation networks and allow you to federate data, control access and personalize subscriber experiences. User profile solutions enable you to consolidate or federate—or both—real-time information such as the data in your HP OpenCall Home Location Register (HLR), or in multiple database types across your network.
