Course description

The purpose of this course is to be able to develop one's own plug-in and integrate it in the Service Logic Programs of HP OpenCall Service Controller (OC SC) platform.

  • Plug-In interaction with Service Logic Program
  • Plug-In Container installation and configuration

Course prerequisites

Mandatory:

  • Previous attendance to the OC SC Service Creation Environment application development course
  • C/C++ development knowledge

This course is offered in English.

  • Lectures are interspersed with hands-on exercises.

Each participant will receive a print of the course slides.

Training schedule

HP offers this course on an "on-demand" basis. 4 to 6 weeks lead time is required for course preparation. Course contents can be adapted to customer requests.

Trainers profile

Training will be led by an HP senior consultant with a background in telecommunications, intelligent networks and service development using the HP OpenCall SCE platform.

Audience size

Classes are intended for a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 8.

Course location

This course is delivered in HP Grenoble, France.

*Sessions can also be organized in other HP facilities or on customer's premises (in which case the customer is responsible for the training logistics), but only in conjunction with another training (for example along with other options of OC SC developer training, or with the OC SC Service Creation Environment application development training).
