This course provides the student with a basic understanding of the HP OpenCall HSS installation requirements. Students are given a general overview of the HP OpenCall HSS system architecture, and introduced to the HP application installation technology. System requirements for application installation are discussed. Students verify correct hardware and software preparation for application installation. Students install the HP OpenCall HSS applications on a prepared node. Students verify proper installation.
