Target audience
This course is primarily focused at the NonStop system support personnel that are interfacing with the INS for installation and configuration. However, technical support and system administrators who are indirectly responsible for the day-by-day operation and of the INS platform should attend.

Course materials & methodology
At the beginning of the course, each participant will receive a copy of all overhead slides. Lectures are interspersed with hands-on exercises, with about half of the course dedicated to practical sessions.

Training will be led by an HP senior consultant with a background in telecommunications, networks and the HP OpenCall NonStop INS platform, and with experience in maintaining and supporting customer sites.
Audience size
Typically, 3-12 participants are present in each class: A minimum of 3 students will be required but class size is limited to a maximum of 12.
Course location
This course can be delivered both at a Hewlett-Packard site (with HP-supplied facilities and equipment) or on the customer's premises (in which case the customer is responsible for training room setup, including PC video projector, white board, functioning NonStop lab system, or firewall access to an external server).
